摘要
溢流、井漏属于钻井中常见的井下复杂,会对油田的勘探过程造成严重的影响,目前经典的风险预警理论适用范围较窄,无法对深井复杂故障进行有效预测,导致漏报、虚警情况频发。文章针对上述情况提出了一种风险趋势线法预警模型,通过分析溢流发生前立压、总池体积、进出口流量差等参数变化规律,建立发生复杂故障时录井参数的趋势线状态,随即将该算法部署于软件实时验证。研究结果表明,当采集的立压、总池体积、进出口流量差等参数同时满足复杂故障趋势线识别值的偏差≤10%,系统发出警报,预警结果与专家标注保持了较高的一致性。文章建立的趋势线算法在川渝地区TFX井、JTX井、GSX井的风险识别过程中得到了良好的应用,为深井复杂风险识别提供了技术支持,对提高钻井工程复杂预警水平具有一定意义。
Influx and loss are the two most common downhole complexities in drilling,which may cause a serious impact on the exploration process of t oil field.At present,the traditional risk early warning method has a narrow application scope,which cannot effectively predict the downhole complexities in deep wells,leading to frequent omission and false alarm.This paper proposes a risk trend line method early warning model for the above situation.By analyzing the change rules of parameters such as influx before vertical pressure,total pool volume and import and export flow difference,and establishing the trend line state of logging parameters in the event of complexities,the algorithm is then deployed in the software for real-time verification.The research results show that when the collected parameters such as vertical pressure,total pool volume,import and export flow difference meet the complexity trend line at the same time,the deviation of the identification value is 10%,the system issues an alarm,and the early warning results maintain a high consistency with the expert annotation.The trend line algorithm established in this paper has been well applied in the risk identification process of Wells Tianfu X,Jiantan X and Gaoshi X in Sichuan and Chongqing region,providing technical support for the complex risk identification of deep wells,and having certain significance for improving the complexity early warning level of drilling engineering.
