摘要
“四力”是新时代新闻工作对记者的新要求,2019年以来“四力”学习在全国各地推进。为探究中国记者“四力”学习的基础结构特征、目前存在的不足以及优化建议,本文以终身教育为理论基础,选取2020—2022年中国记协网增强“四力”学习实践专栏文章为研究样本,对“四力”学习形式、内容、主办单位三项指标进行编码和解码。研究发现,目前记者“四力”学习实践呈现出学习者掌握主动权、实践教育占主体地位、各级媒体相互协作的特征。同时,也存在着县级融媒体要加强主体性、培训活动内容和形式有待丰富、高校与媒体间需加强合作等问题。由此提出县级融媒体主动出击、学习实践形式继续创新、高校与媒体间加深联动的建议。
The“four forces”is a new requirement for journalists in the new era of journalism.Since 2019,the“four forces”learning has been promoted across our country.In order to explore the basic structural features,existing deficiencies and optimization suggestions of the“four forces”learning of Chinese journalists,this paper takes lifelong education as the theoretical basis,and selects the column articles on strengthening the“four forces”learning practice of the network of China Journalists Association from 2020 to 2022 as the research samples,and encodes and decodes the three indicators of the“four forces”learning form,content and sponsor.It is found that the current“four forces”learning practice of journalists presents the characteristics of learners mastering the initiative,practical education playing the main role,and media at all levels cooperating with each other.At the same time,there are also problems such as the need of strengthening the subjectivity of county-level financial media,enriching the content and form of training activities,and strengthening the cooperation between universities and media.Therefore,it puts forward the suggestions of integrating media at county level,innovating learning and practice forms,and deepening the linkage between universities and media.
