基于单片机和LabVIEW的薄片零件自动分类系统设计

摘要 以Proteus和LabVIEW作为开发平台,单片机为下位机,上位机利用虚拟仪器技术,设计了一套薄片零件自动分类系统,系统具有对薄片零件进行自动排序、传输、称重、分类以及信息显示等功能。单片机控制系统用于实现薄片零件排序输送、重量采集与处理、自动分类及结果信息显示、串口通信的功能。虚拟仪器系统实现数据接收处理、实时显示及数据存储,经过上、下位机联合仿真及实物演示表明,控制系统工作状态良好,具有良好的人机交互能力,能大大减轻工作强度,有效提高检测效率。 Taking Proteus and LabVIEW as the development platform,single-chip microcomputer as the lower computer,and the upper computer using virtual instrument technology,an automatic classification system for sheet parts was designed.The system has the functions of automatic sorting,transmission,weighing,classification,and information display of sheet parts.The single-chip microcomputer control system is used to realize the functions containing sorting and conveying of sheet parts,weight acquisition and processing,automatic classification and result information display,and serial communication.The virtual instrument system realizes data receiving and processing,real-time display and data storage.The co-simulation of upper and lower computer and physical demonstration show that the control system works well and has a good human-computer interaction ability,which can greatly reduce the work intensity and effectively improve the detection efficiency.
