摘要
针对吸尘器用斜流风机性能问题,运用MRF方法,采用RNG-k湍流模型,计算了斜流风机的气动性能,并与试验结果相比较,结果表明:数值结果与试验结果相一致,表明了数值方法的准确性。此外,随着进风口孔径减小,风机吸入风量的减小,风机内部流速也在减小,真空度却在增大,风量与真空度呈相反关系;随着风量的减小,风机的效率呈现先增大后减小的趋势,在进风口孔径为12.7 mm时,此时风机吸入风量为10.75 L/min,风机的效率达到最大。
In view of the performance problem of diagonal fan for vacuum cleaner,the bperodynamice performance of diagonal fan is calculated using MRF method and RNG-k turbulence model,and compared with the test results.The resuls show that the numericeal results are consistent with the test results,indicating the accuracy of the numerical method.In addition,with the decrease of the inlet orifice,the suction air volume of the fan decreases,the internal flow velocity of the fan decreases,but the vacum degree increases,and the air volume is inversely related to the vacum degree;With the decrease of air volume,the fficiency of the fan increases first and then decreases.W hen the inlet orifice is 12.7 mm,the suction air volume of the fan is 10.75 L/min,and the eficiency of the fan reaches the maximum.
