摘要
插套是插座的核心部件,其性能直接影响到插座的寿命和安全。插套的一个最主要性能是拔出力,必须在规定范围内,低于这个范围,因难以夹住插头,则判定失效。拔出力与插套的材料、造型、尺寸相关,对于一个特定的插套,其初始拔出力是一定的,可以用夹持力系数表示。但随着使用次数的增加,夹持力系数会衰减,从而使得拔出力降低。如何延缓夹持力系数的衰减,是摆在插座生产厂家前面的一个课题。
Socket-contact is the key component of a socket,it's performance influences life and security of the socket.Pullout force which is the main performance of socket-contact,must be within specified scope.When pullout force is lower than specified scope,the plug can not be clamped by socket-contact,so the socket is determined invalid.The pullout force which is related with material,shape and size,and could be represented with pressure coefficient,is a certain numerical value to a socket-contact.Pressure coefficient will reduce along with the number of uses has been increased,while the pullout force will reduce.How to delay the speed of attenuation about pressure coefficient,is an important topic to the socket manufacturer.
