摘要
目的研究混合BOPPPS联合体验式教学法在内分泌科护理本科教学中的效果。方法选取在内分泌科实习的88名护生为研究对象,对照组采用传统教学法,观察组采用混合BOPPPS联合体验式教学法,实习结束后比较两组实习护生理论考核成绩、实践技能操作考核成绩、教学效果自评问卷得分及教学满意度。结果观察组理论考核成绩、实践技能操作考核成绩、教学效果自评问卷得分及教学满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在内分泌科护理教学中采用混合BOPPPS联合体验式教学法可有效提高实习护生考核成绩、自主学习能力、分析解决问题能力、团队协作能力及岗位胜任能力,有助于培养实习护生的临床思维和综合素养,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effectiveness of the hybrid BOPPPS collaborative experiential teaching method in undergraduate endocrine nursing education.Methods A total of 88 nursing students who participated in endocrine nursing internship were selected as the study subjects.The control group received traditional teaching methods,while the observation group received the hybrid BOPPPS collaborative experiential teaching method.After the internship,the theoretical and practical skills assessment scores,self-evaluation questionnaire scores,and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical and practical skills assessment scores,self-evaluation questionnaire scores,and teaching satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the hybrid BOPPPS collaborative experiential teaching method in endocrine nursing education can effectively improve the assessment scores,autonomous learning ability,problem-solving,teamwork,and job competency of nursing students during internships.It is beneficial to cultivate the clinical thinking and comprehensive literacy of nursing students,and thus deserves to be promoted in clinical practice.
