赤泥、粉煤灰和磷石膏配碳碱性调控共烧结回收铁铝 被引量:4

Recovery of iron and aluminum from red mud,fly ash and phosphogypsum by co-sintering under alkaline control of carbon addition

摘要 赤泥、粉煤灰和磷石膏是3种不同的工业固体废弃物,其不仅堆存量巨大,且环境污染严重。根据国家对固废危废领域提出的环保新政策,急需加强对大宗固废的二次利用,提取其剩余价值,减少环境污染。采用赤泥、粉煤灰和磷石膏3类固废共还原焙烧-浸出-磁选的工艺,成阶段提取熟料中的铁、铝,并分别探讨了碱比、碳比、混合碱浓度对铁、铝回收效果的影响。同时,在焙烧环节分别通入空气和氮气进行对比试验,取3次试验结果的平均值进行分析。试验结果表明,最佳工艺条件下,铁回收率约为79%、铝溶出率约为76%、铁品位约为75%。通过试验研究为赤泥、粉煤灰和磷石膏在金属回收领域的应用提供了一种新思路,也对大宗固废的协同回收利用有一定参考价值。 Red mud,fly ash and phosphogypsum are three different industrial solid wastes,which not only have a huge pile of stock,but also have serious environmental pollution.According to the new environmental protection policy put forward by the state in field of solid waste,it is urgent to strengthen the secondary utilization of bulk solid waste,extract its surplus value and reduce environmental pollution.Co-reduction roasting-leaching-magnetic separation process for three kinds of solid waste,red mud,fly ash and phosphogypsum,was used to extract iron and aluminum in sintering material.The effects of alkali ratio,carbon ratio and mixed alkali concentration on the recovery of iron and aluminum were discussed.At the same time,air and nitrogen were introduced into the roasting process for comparative experiments,and average value of the three experiments was taken for result analysis.The experiment results show that the iron recovery rate is about 79%,the aluminium leaching rate is about 76%,and the iron grade is about 75%.Through experimental research,an idea for red mud,fly ash and phosphogypsum application in the field of metal recovery is provided,and it has reference value for the collaborative recycling of bulk solid waste.
