海上超深复杂井固井技术在东海的应用 被引量:1

摘要 东海随着海洋油气勘探开发规模的不断扩大,依托海洋钻井平台和人工岛钻大位移井数量越来越多,难度也越来越大,最深为7506 m,海上长裸眼段井斜大,煤层和破碎带较多,易坍塌,打钻过程经常遇阻憋压憋扭,下套管困难,有多口井套管或者筛管下不到位情况发生。另外由于煤层和断层较多,打钻期间经常发生漏失,严重时常有失返情况发生,固井压力窗口窄,极易发生漏失,给固井提出了很大挑战。为了保证东海固井质量支持东海地质勘探开发,引入了海上超深复杂井下套管技术,如:平衡液压缸+一次性马达配合软件模拟下套管技术,利用无极限尾管挂与一次性马达配套旋转划眼下套管技术;精细控压固井技术,精准控制ECD防漏,保证了PH12、PH15、KQT-B6S1等8口海上超深复杂井套管顺利到位,固井施工顺利,并保证了固井质量合格,为今后东海同类大位移深井固井提供了依据。 With the continuous expansion of offshore oil and gas exploration and development scale in the East China Sea,the number of extended reach wells drilled by offshore drilling platforms and artificial islands is increasing,and the difficulty is also increasing.The maximum depth is 7506 m.The long open hole section on the sea has large well deviation,many coal seams and fracture zones,which are prone to collapse.The drilling process is often blocked and twisted,and it is difficult to run the casing,and the casing or screen pipe of several wells is not in place.In addition,due to the large number of coal seams and faults,leakage often occurs during drilling,and serious loss often occurs.The cementing pressure window is narrow,and leakage is very easy to occur,which poses a great challenge to cementing.In order to ensure the cementing quality in the East China Sea and support the geological exploration and development in the East China Sea,the offshore ultra deep and complex downhole casing technology is introduced,such as:balanced hydraulic cylinder+one-time motor with software simulation casing technology,utilize the technology of rotating and reaming the casing with a limitless liner hanger and a disposable motor.As well as the fine pressure control cementing technology and the precise control of ECD leakage prevention,it ensures that the casing of 8 offshore ultra deep complex wells,such as PH12,PH15,KQT-B6S1,is in place smoothly,the cementing operation is smooth,and the cementing quality is qualified,which provides a basis for the future cementing of similar large displacement deep wells in the East China Sea.
