摘要
以鸭涌河综合整治工程为例,分析在现有河涌中新建截污渠箱遇到的难题及应对的措施。当渠箱穿越河涌上方现有交通桥时,结合现场作业面有限、需尽量减小对现有桥墩影响的现实,通过明开挖SMW工法施工、放坡开挖施工、变截面顶管三种方案分析对比,最后拟定采用变截面钢管顶管方式通过。钢管两端顶管井采用振动沉管方式形成复合疏桩基础,并在桩内二次浇筑混凝土并内插受力钢筋以确保其抗压抗拔承载力,同时顶进过程做好监测及应急纠偏措施。监测结果表明,钢管顶进过程中桥梁裂缝及变形较小,结构处于安全状态。
Taking the comprehensive regulation project of Yachong River as an example,this paper analyzes the problems encountered in the construction of new sewage interceptor box in the existing river and the countermeasures.When the channel box crosses the existing traffic bridge above the river,in combination with the reality that the site working area is limited and the impact on the existing bridge pier needs to be minimized,through the analysis and comparison of three schemes of open excavation SMW construction,slope excavation construction and variable section pipe jacking,it is finally proposed to adopt the variable section steel pipe jacking method.The pipe jacking wells at both ends of the steel pipe form a composite sparse pile foundation by vibration sinking,and the concrete is poured in the pile for the second time and the load-bearing reinforcement is inserted to ensure its compressive and uplift bearing capacity.At the same time,monitoring and emergency correction measures are taken during the jacking process.The monitoring results show that the cracks and deformation of the bridge are small and the structure is in a safe state during the steel pipe jacking process.
