摘要
为减轻新型冠状病毒感染疫情防护期间远程会诊诊疗压力,辅助远程会诊专家,提高肺部影像阅片精准度,将人工智能医学影像诊断技术应用于远程会诊平台中,实现部分会诊影像资料的智能处理。利用AI推理服务器通过接口调用方式调用远程会诊平台医学影像数据,筛选肺部Dicom影像数据,AI服务解析数据后创建算法运行任务,处理结束后将肺部病灶解剖位置、体积、密度分布等量化分析结果自动推送远程会诊平台,供会诊专家临床使用。基于不同算法创建判定肺部病灶分型、大小,将形成的肺部影像诊断报告、三维重建数据推送至远程会诊平台,为临床提供诊疗辅助决策,在疫情防控期间运用后,减轻了专家远程会诊压力,提高了病例阅片准确度。
In order to reduce the pressure of teleconsultation and treatment during the period of COVID-19 prevention and control,assist teleconsultation experts,and to improve the accuracy of pulmonary imaging diagnosis,the AI-based medical image diagnosis technology is applied to the teleconsultation platform to achieve intelligent processing of part of the consultation image data.The AI inference server is used to call the medical imaging data of the teleconsultation platform by means of interface call.Lung image data in Dicom format were screened.The AI services parse the data and create an algorithm to run tasks.After processing,the quantitative analysis results such as the anatomical location,volume,and density distribution of lung lesions are automatically transferred to the teleconsultation system for clinical use by the consultation experts.Based on different algorithms,the classification and size of lung lesions were determined,and the resulting lung image diagnosis report and 3D reconstruction data were transferred to the teleconsultation system to provide clinical diagnosis and treatment assistance for decision-making.The application during COVID-19 prevention and control period has reduced the pressure of teleconsultations and improved the accuracy of case film readin.
