摘要 蒙城县是安徽省畜禽养殖大县之一,“十四五”期间面临着艰巨的畜禽养殖污染防治任务。本文在分析蒙城县畜禽养殖污染防治现状的基础上,提出提高思想认识,科学编制《2021—2025蒙城县畜禽养殖污染防治规划》;优化畜禽养殖空间布局;深化畜禽养殖污染防治及粪污资源化利用;加快生态环保技术研发与推广;加强畜禽养殖污染防治监管执法;建立健全台账管理制度等对策建议,以期加快推进蒙城县畜禽养殖污染防治和养殖废弃物综合利用。 Mengcheng County is a typical large livestock and poultry breeding county of Anhui Province,and faces the arduous task of pollution prevention and control of livestock and poultry breeding during the"14th Five-Year Plan"period.Based on the analysis of current situation of livestock and poultry breeding pollution prevention in Mengcheng County,the following suggestions are put forward:improve its ideological understanding and scientifically formulate the"2021—2025 Mengcheng County Livestock and Poultry Breeding Pollution Prevention and Control Plan";optimize the spatial layout of livestock and poultry breeding;deepen the pollution prevention and waste resources utilization;accelerate the development and promotion of ecological and environmental protection technolog;strengthen the supervision and enforcement of livestock and poultry pollution prevention;and establish and improve the ledger management system.To auelerate the process of livestock and poultry breeding pollution prevention and comprehensive utilization of breeding wasteyn Mengcheng County.
