摘要
以土耳其某3×210 MW煤粉锅炉的湿法脱硫装置增容改造为例,介绍了为适应土耳其国内日益严格的环保标准及响应业主要求,通过对比吸收塔拆除重建、吸收塔及其辅助系统改造、单塔双循环、双塔双循环四种改造方案,得出了吸收塔及其辅助系统改造方案最适合本项目。并提出吸收塔及其辅助系统改造的具体方案设计,可为类似燃煤电厂湿法脱硫装置增容改造项目提供参考。
The capacity-increasing and rehabilitation of a 3×210 MW pulverized coal boiler in Turkey is taken as an example,and introduces,in order to adapt to the increasingly strict environmental protection standards in Turkey and respond to the requirements of the owner,by comparing the removal and reconstruction of the absorption tower,the absorption tower and its auxiliary systems According to the four transformation schemes of transformation,single-tower double-circulation and double-tower double-circulation,it is concluded that the transformation scheme of the absorption tower and its auxiliary system is the most suitable for this project.And put forward the specific scheme design for the transformation of the absorption tower and its auxiliary systems,which can provide a reference for the capacity expansion and transformation projects of the wet desulfurization unit in similar coal-fired power plants.
