摘要
目的基于数据挖掘技术,通过文献分析探讨针灸治疗心律失常的用穴规律及特点,为临床治疗心律失常提供一定的参考依据。方法检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库(Wangfang)、维普数据库(VIP)、PubMed、Embase、Cochrane、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)7个数据库,一共检索到6448篇相关文献,通过纳入、排除标准筛选得到166篇文献。采用Excel表统计针灸治疗心律失常所用腧穴的使用频次、归经、分布频次;然后运用SPSS Modeler 14.0软件进行关联规则分析并绘制网状图,最后借助SPSS 22.0软件绘制聚类分析树状图。结果总共纳入166篇研究文献,涉及50个腧穴,使用频次前3位的腧穴由高到低依次是内关、心俞、神门,经脉选用以手厥阴心包经(176次)、手少阴心经(62次)、足太阳膀胱经(87次)为主,单个穴位使用频次最高的为内关穴,2个穴位联合使用频次最多为内关穴和心俞穴;选取的特定穴多于非特定穴,特定穴中以络穴、八脉交会穴和五输穴为主,主穴以心包经腧穴为主,配穴多选取膀胱经背俞穴;部位以四肢、胸腹部为多,关联分析结果以内关—神门、内关—心俞、内关—足三里为主,对高频穴位进行聚类分类得到三个聚类群,分别是内关为一类;心俞、神门、足三里、三阴交为一类;曲泽、下脘、间使、膈俞、涌泉、通里、大陵、百会、中脘、巨阙、关元、膻中、郄门、神道、灵台、厥阴俞、气海为一大类。结论通过数据挖掘针灸治疗心律失常的腧穴使用规律,为临床治疗心律失常的腧穴选择提供一定的参考依据。
Objective To discuss the rules and characteristics of acupuncture in the treatment of arrhythmia in recent years in this paper by means of modern data mining technology,so as to provide references for the clinical treatment of arrhythmia.Methods A total of 6448 literatures about acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of arrhythmia were retrieved from the China Knowledge Resources General Database(CNKI),China Academic Journal Database(Wanfang Data),and Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database(Chongqing Weipu),PubMed,Embase,Cochrane and CBM,and 166 literatures were screened through inclusion and exclusion criteria.The Excel table was used to calculate the frequency of use,channel tropism,and frequency of distribution location.Then,SPSS Modeler 14.0 was used to analyze the association rules and draw the network diagram.Finally,SPSS 22.0 software was used to draw the cluster analysis tree diagram.Results A total of 166 research articles were included,involving 58 acupuncture points,the frequency of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of arrhythmia was Neiguan(PC6),Xinshu(BL15),and Shenmen(HT7)from high to low.The main meridians were the pericardial channel(176 times),heart channel(62 times),and bladder channel(87 times);the single acupuncture point was used most frequently as the PC6,the two acupuncture points were used most frequently in combination were PC6 and BL15;the specific acupuncture points selected were more than non-specific acupoints.In the specific acupuncture points,the collateral acupoint,the Eight Vessel Intersection Point,the five shu points were mainly selected;the mostly selected master acupoints were pericardium meridian and the mostly selected matching acupoints were urinary bladder meridian;the main parts were the limbs,chest,and abdomen.The correlation analysis results were mainly PC6-HT7,PC6-BL15,and PC6-ST36.The high-frequency acupoints were classified into 3 clusters,namely PC6 as a category,BL15、HT7、Zusanli(ST6)、Sanyinjiao(SP6)as a category,Quze(PC3)、Xiawan(CV10)、Jianshi(PC5)、Geshu(BL17)、Yongquan(KI1)、Tongli(HT5)、Daling(PC7)、Baihui(GV20)、Zhongwan(CV12)、Juque(CV14)、Guanyuan(CV4)、Danzhong(CV17)、Ximen(PC4)、Shendao(GV11)、Lingtai(GV10)、Jueyinshu(BL14)、Qihai(CV6)for a class.Conclusion The acupoint selection rule of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of arrhythmia was found by data mining,it can provide some reference for the use of acupoints in the future.
