摘要
2 K温区在深空探测、亚毫米波探测、低温超导以及量子信息等众多领域中具有独特应用,基于此背景,本文开展了2K温区两级节流JT制冷机的理论和实验研究,建立了制冷机模型,进行了两级节流热力学分析,并对其关键运行参数进行分析与优化。在相同的制冷温度下,所研制的2 K温区两级节流JT制冷机较单级节流JT制冷机性能(8 m W@2.2 K)有37.5%的提升,在2.2 K能获得11 m W的制冷量,且最低无负荷温度能达到2.13 K。
2 K temperature zone has unique applications in many fields such as deep space detection,submillimeter wave detection,cryogenic superconductor,quantum information,etc.Based on this background,this paper carried out theoretical and experimental investigations of two-stage throttling JT cryocooler,which aims to directly obtain the 2 K temperature zone and to be applied in actual application.Thermodynamic analysis model of this cryocooler will be established to analysis and optimize the key operating parameters.Compared with performance of the single-stage throttling JT cryocooler(8 mW@2.2 K),the two-stage throttling JT cryocooler can achieve the performance of 11 mW@2.2 K,which the cooling capacity for the two-stage throttling JT cryocooler is improved by 37.5%,and finally obtains a lowest no-load cooling temperature of 2.13 K.
