摘要
数字化赋能实现铁路各个生产管理环节的智能化是大势所趋。以卷钢堆场门式起重机的智能化改造为切入点,提出一种门式起重机定位系统,以较小的改造成本实现对传统门式起重机的智能化改造,为门式起重机的远程自动控制和卷钢的数字化仓储管理提供数据基础。通过分析对比门式起重机的各类定位技术优缺点和适用特征,选出超宽带技术作为系统定位技术,根据超宽带技术特点设计搭建定位系统和硬件模块,通过试验测试对信号噪声、人体遮挡等进行了研究,设计滤波器提升定位信号精度,减小误差。最终搭建定位试验平台,实测定位数据,定位系统数据稳定性、重复性均满足使用需求。
The tide of digitization is an irresistible trend to realize the intelligence of all aspects of railway production management by digital empowerment.Based on the intelligent transformation of a gantry crane in a coil steel yard,a positioning system for gantry cranes was proposed in this paper,which can realize the intelligent transformation of traditional gantry cranes with a lower cost and provide data basis for remote automatic control of gantry crane and digital storage management of coil steel.By analyzing the advantages,disadvantages,and applicable characteristics of various positioning technologies of gantry cranes,this paper selected ultra-wideband(UWB)technology as the system positioning technology.According to the characteristics of UWB technology,the positioning system and hardware modules were designed and built.The signal noise and human body occlusion were studied through experimental tests,and filters were designed to improve the positioning signal accuracy and reduce errors.Finally,the positioning test platform was built;the positioning data were measured.The stability and repeatability of the positioning system data meet the usage requirements.
