摘要
针对目前纺织车间采用“环锭纺细纱机”存在的管纱缠绕、卡管和落纱故障等问题,通过“环锭纺细纱机”现状分析与前期数据调研,文章采用一体式摩擦条进行落纱小车装置改进,设计研发了一款基于一体式概念的纺织落纱小车装置,以期通过研究有效提高落纱除尾率,促进纺织车间生产效率的提升。
Aiming at the problems of tube yarn winding,tube jamming,and doffing faults that exist in the current“ring frame”used in the textile workshop,through the analysis of the current situation of the“ring frame”and preliminary data investigation,this paper uses an integrated friction strip to improve the doffing carriage device,design and develop a textile doffing carriage device based on the integrated concept,with a view to effectively improving the doffing and tail removal rate through research,promoting the improvement of production efficiency in the textile workshop.
