摘要
目的:探讨火龙罐治疗脾胃虚弱证腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床效果。方法:选择64例脾胃虚弱证腹泻型肠易激综合征患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各32例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上进行火龙罐治疗,干预14 d后对患者临床疗效、主要症状中医证候积分、总积分及不良反应进行评价。结果:2组比较,观察组腹痛[(0.38±0.49)分vs(0.78±0.66)分]、腹胀[(0.31±0.54)分vs(0.72±0.52)分]、排便次数[(0.56±0.72)次vs(1.84±0.77)次]均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组大便性状改善情况差异无统计学意义[(0.91±0.78)分vs(0.88±0.61)分,P>0.05];2组临床症状总积分比较,观察组优于对照组[(2.31±1.92)分vs(3.38±1.70)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗过程中观察组发生不良反应发生率(9.37%)与对照组(12.49%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在常规治疗基础上进行火龙罐治疗,可有效改善脾胃虚弱证腹泻型肠易激综合征中患者的不适症状。
Objective:To explore the application effect of Huolong cupping in the treatment of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome patients with spleen and stomach weakness.Methods:64 cases of diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome with spleen and stomach weakness syndrome treated were selected as the study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into experimental and control groups,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,while the experimental group was treated with Huolong cupping on the basis of conventional therapy."On the 14th day after intervention,the clinical efficacy and main symptoms of the patient were evaluated,as well as the TCM syndrome score and total score."Results:After 14 days of intervention,the TCM symptom scores in both groups decreased compared to the previous one.In terms of improving abdominal pain(0.38±0.49 vs 0.78±0.66),abdominal distension(0.31±0.54 vs 0.72±0.52),defecation frequency(0.56±0.72 vs 1.84±0.77),the clinical efficacy of patients in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no difference in improving stool characteristics(0.91±0.78 vs 0.88±0.61)between the two groups(P>0.05);In terms of total score and clinical efficacy of the two groups,the experimental group(2.31±1.92 vs 3.38±1.70)was superior to the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of Huolong cupping on the basis of routine treatment can effectively improve the discomfort symptoms of patients with diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome due to spleen and stomach weakness.
