摘要
推动农业现代化发展是甘肃省农业发展的目标。从农业投入水平、农业产出水平和农业可持续发展水平3个维度构建农业现代化评价指标体系,通过熵权TOPSIS模型对甘肃省2008—2020年农业现代化发展水平进行评价。研究发现,甘肃省农业现代化发展相对缓慢,综合指数整体偏低,甘肃省各市州呈现差异化发展,嘉峪关市、酒泉市处于领先地位,武威市、金昌市、张掖市紧随其后,兰州市、白银市、天水市、庆阳市、定西市和陇南市农业现代化发展水平一般,平凉市、临夏回族自治州和甘南藏族自治州处于全省末尾。各市州农业可持续发展水平均不理想,单位耕地面积农机总动力、有效灌溉率和全年培训农机人员是影响甘肃省农业现代化发展的重要因素。提出了甘肃省应加大农业机械的投入力度,因地制宜地推动农业现代化发展和吸引农村劳动力回流等建议。
Promoting development of agricultural modernization is goal of agricultural development in Gansu Province.Agricultural modernization evaluation index system was constructed from three dimensions:agricultural input level,agricultural output level and agricultural sustainable development level,and agricultural modernization development level of Gansu Province from 2008 to 2020 was evaluated by entropy weight TOPSIS model.Research has found that development of agricultural modernization in Gansu Province was relatively slow,with a overall low comprehensive index.Cities and prefectures within Gansu Province have shown differentiated development,with Jiayuguan City and Jiuquan City leading the way,followed closely by Wuwei City,Jinchang City,and Zhangye City.Lanzhou City,Baiyin City,Tianshui City,Qingyang City,Dingxi City,and Longnan City had average levels of agricultural modernization development,while Pingliang City,Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture,and Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture were at the end of the province.Among them,level of sustainable agricultural development in all cities and prefectures of Gansu Province was not ideal.Total power of agricultural machinery per unit cultivated land area,effective irrigation rate and annual training of agricultural machinery personnel were important influencing factors of agricultural modernization development.It was suggested that Gansu should increase input of agricultural machinery,promote development of agricultural modernization according to local conditions and attract return of rural labor force and so on.
