摘要 采用水冷铜坩埚磁悬浮熔炼和负压铜模吸铸法制备双相FCC结构的铁基中熵合金,研究Ag元素微量添加对合金的组织结构以及在不同介质中腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明,合金中主要组元与添加的Ag元素的二元混合焓为正值,由于相分离在枝晶间富集形成FCC2相。随着Ag含量的增加,合金的腐蚀电位逐渐正移,腐蚀电流密度减小,容抗弧半径增大,合金耐蚀性能明显得到提升。其中,合金Fe_(60.8)Mn_(13.4)Si_(8.7)Cr_(9.4)C_(3.7)Ag_(4)在PBS溶液中的腐蚀电流密度可达2.139×10^(-8) A/cm^(2),耐腐蚀性能最优。 The FCC duel-phase Fe-based medium entropy alloys were fabricated by the water-cooled copper crucible magnetic levitation melting and negative pressure copper mold suction casting.The effects of Ag addition on the microstructure and corrosion resistance in different mediums were investigated.The results show that the binary mixing enthalpy of the main group elements in the alloy with the added Ag elements is positive,thus the FCC2phase is enriched in the dendrites due to phase separation.With the addition of Ag,the corrosion potential of the alloys moves forward,the corrosion current density decreases,the radius of the capacitive arc increases,and the corrosion resistance of the alloy is significantly improved.Among them,the corrosion current density of alloy Fe_(60.8)Mn_(13.4)Si_(8.7)Cr_(9.4)C_(3.7)Ag_(4) in PBS solution can reach 2.139×10^(-8) A/cm^(2)with the best corrosion resistance.
