摘要
为研究盾构隧道侧穿邻近建筑物工程中隔离桩的沉降控制效果,以杭州市某侧穿邻近建筑物施工区段为例,基于FLAC3D软件建立有限差分模型对隔离桩加固下的建筑物基础进行确定性分析,同时结合均匀设计方法、响应面法和有限差数值模拟分析法耦合蒙特卡罗算法开展可靠度分析,以评估隔离桩的加固成效。通过对比有、无隔离桩两种工况,结合确定性分析和可靠度分析结果,评估隔离桩对盾构侧穿邻近建筑物引起的基础沉降控制效果。研究结果表明:隔离桩能有效减小盾构施工引起的建筑物基础竖向位移,且离隔离桩越近,建筑物基础的沉降控制效果越好;在考虑黏聚力和内摩擦角的不确定性分析中,设置隔离桩不仅可以减小基础沉降数值,还能降低计算结果的不确定性;与确定性分析方法相比,可靠度分析方法考虑了参数的不确定性,能更合理地描述隔离桩加固结构的安全性。本评估法可以作为评估盾构隧道开挖工程控制措施安全性的方法。
To study the settlement control effect of isolation pile in shield tunnel side-passing adjacent buildings,taking the project of a construction section side-passing adjacent buildings in Hangzhou as an example,a finite difference model is established based on FLAC3D software to conduct deterministic analysis of the building foundation reinforced by isolation pile.Meanwhile,a reliability analysis is carried out by combining the uniform design method,response surface method and finite difference numerical simulation method coupled with Monte Carlo algorithm to evaluate the isolation pile reinforcement effect.By comparing the two working conditions with and without isolation piles,according to the results of deterministic analysis and reliability analysis,the foundation settlement control effect of isolation pile in shield tunneling side-crossing adjacent buildings is evaluated.Research results show that the isolation piles can effectively reduce building foundation vertical displacement caused by shield construction,and the closer to the isolation pile,the better the settlement control;in the indeterministic analysis considering cohesion force and internal friction angle,setting isolation piles can reduce not only the foundation settlement value,but also the uncertainty of the calculation results.Compared with the deterministic analysis method,the reliability analysis method takes into account the uncertainty of parameters,and describes the isolation pile reinforcement structure safety more reasonably.This method can be used to evaluate the safety of control measures in shield tunnel excavation engineering.
