摘要 相比于传统的化石能源,氢能具有零排放、高热值等一系列优势,因此世界各国都相继加快了对氢能的研发和应用步伐。氢气压缩机是我国加氢站建设的关键,也是确保加氢、储氢、运氢环节畅通无阻的关键设备。由于氢气易燃易爆的特性,一旦氢气压缩机发生故障,极有可能会出现压缩机停机、气体泄漏等危险,甚至引发火灾和爆炸。因此迫切需要对氢气压缩机可能面临的安全风险进行评估,辨识氢气压缩机运行中的危险因素,查明可能的故障原因并制定相应的保护措施。以氢气压缩机为研究对象,采用HAZOP方法对氢气压缩机进行了危险辨识与后果评估,保障了其安全平稳运行。结果表明:氢气压缩机面临入口过滤器压差过高、一级进气缓冲罐压力过低以及一级排气温度过高等风险,应考虑增设报警装置。 Compared with traditional fossil energy,hydrogen energy has a series of advantages,such as zero emission and high calorific value.Therefore,countries all over the world have accelerated the pace of development and application of hydrogen energy.Hydrogen compressor is the key to the construction of hydrogenation stations in China,and it is also the key equipment to ensure that the hydrogen filling,hydrogen storage and hydrogen transportation links are unimpeded.Due to the flammable and explosive characteristics of hydrogen,once the hydrogen compressor fails,it is very likely to cause compressor shutdown,gas leakage and other hazards,and even fire and explosion.Therefore,it is urgent to evaluate the possible safety risks faced by the hydrogen compressor,identify the risk factors in the operation of the hydrogen compressor,identify the possible fault causes and formulate corresponding protection measures.Taking the hydrogen compressor as the research object,HAZOP method was used to carry out hazard identification and consequence assessment for the hydrogen compressor,to ensure its safe and stable operation.The results showed that the hydrogen compressor faced the risks of high inlet filter pressure difference,low primary inlet buffer tank pressure and high primary exhaust temperature,so it should be considered to add alarm devices.
