摘要
以某大跨径预应力连续刚构桥梁为工程背景,简要介绍了悬臂浇筑梯形挂篮的设计,并利用有限元软件建立了梯形挂篮施工仿真分析模型,分别计算得到了在浇筑混凝土状态和空载行走状态时的各构件强度、刚度、位移及整体抗倾覆稳定性,计算结果均满足设计要求,并具有一定程度的安全储备,可为类似桥梁悬臂浇筑挂篮设计和施工提供理论依据和实践参考。
Based on the engineering background of a long-span prestressed continuous rigid frame bridge,the design of cantilever pouring trapezoidal hanging basket is briefly introduced,and the construction simulation analysis model of trapezoidal hanging basket is established by using the finite element software.The strength,stiffness,displacement and overall anti-overturning stability of each component are calculated respectively in the pouring concrete state and the no-load walking state.The calculation results meet the design requirements.It has a certain degree of safety reserve,which can provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the design and construction of cantilever casting hanging basket of similar bridges.
