摘要
目的 分析乌灵胶囊在某院门诊的使用情况以及目前国内乌灵菌相关的专利情况,为临床合理用药提供依据以及为乌灵菌相关的专利申请提供借鉴。方法 统计某院2015~2021年乌灵胶囊处方以及在国家知识产权局专利检索及分析系统(https://www.cnipa.gov.cn/)中检索与乌灵菌有关的专利。结果 902张乌灵胶囊处方中,30~39岁患者比例最高,患者就诊科室分布主要是生殖健康与不孕症科、妇女心理保健科、乳腺科及其它科室;与乌灵胶囊有关的授权专利共24件。结论 乌灵胶囊除了根据药品说明书常规用于失眠、健忘、心烦心悸等症外,还可以在乳腺科、生殖健康与不孕症科、皮肤性病科、妇科等科室用于治疗乳腺癌术后、不孕不育、男性勃起功能障碍、痤疮、斑秃、月经不调等症;乌灵菌的专利保护还有待加强。
Objective To analyze the use situation of Wuling Capsule in out-patient service in a hospital and the current domestic patent situation related to Wuling bacteria,so as to provide basis for clinical rational drug use and reference for patent application of Wuling bacteria.Methods The prescriptions of Wuling Capsule in a hospital from 2015 to 2021 were analyzed and patents been retrievaled in Patent retrieval and analysis system of China National Intellectual Property Administration.Results The proportion of patients aged 30 to 39 was the highest among 902 Wuling Capsule descriptions.The distribution of clinical departments of patients:they are mainly department of reproductive health and infertility women's mental health department,mammary department and other departments.There are 24 authorized patents related to Wuling Capsule.Conclusion In addition to the routine use of Wuling Capsule for insomnia,amnesia,palpitation and other symptoms according to the drug instructions,it can also be used in mammary,department of reproductive health and infertility,dermatology,gynecology and other departments for treating postoperative breast cancer,infertility,male erectile dysfunction,acne,alopecia areata,irregular menstruation,and other symptoms patent protection of Wuling Capsule needs to be strengthened.
