摘要
以厚皮树种子为试材,采用不同温度热水浸泡种子处理,研究了热处理对种子发芽特性的影响。结果表明:①80℃热水浸泡种子5 min即可导致种子失去发芽能力;②采用40℃温水浸泡种子20 min,可显著提高种子的发芽率(38.9%)和发芽势(25.6%);③热水浸泡种子不能缩短种子发芽时间,随着水温的升高,种子发芽时间会延长,高温对种子发芽有抑制作用;④自然条件下,厚皮树不健全种子比例较高,占比45.7%。通过试验总结,对厚皮树种子播种提出了相关建议。
The effects of heat treatment on germination characteristics of Lannea coromandelica seeds were studied by soaking the seeds in hot water at different temperatures.The results showed that:①Soaking seeds in 80°C water for 5 min resulted in the loss of germination ability;②Soaking seeds in 40°C water for 20 min significantly increased the germination rate(38.9%)and germination potential(25.6%);③Soaking seeds in hot water could not shorten the time of seed germination,which would be prolonged with the increase of water temperature,and high temperature could inhibit the germination of seeds;④Under natural conditions,the proportion of unsound seeds of L.coromandelica was higher;the proportion was 45.7%.Some suggestions on seed sowing of L.coromandelica were put forward.
