摘要 近年来食品安全问题频发,严重威胁到了人们的生命安全,食品安全检验是保障食品安全的重要基础,因此其质量控制问题成为社会关注的重点。但是现阶段我国食品安全检验检测工作中仍存在诸多问题,本文以食品安全检验工作为切入点,分析检验工作过程中存在的问题,并有针对性地提出检验质量控制措施,以期能够提升食品安全检验工作的质量和效率。 In recent years,food safety issues have occurred frequently,posing a serious threat to people’s life safety.Food safety inspection is an important foundation for ensuring food safety,so its quality control issues have become the focus of social attention.However,at this stage,there are still many problems in China’s food safety inspection and testing work.This article takes the food safety inspection work as a starting point,analyzes the problems existing in the inspection process,and proposes targeted inspection quality control measures in order to improve the quality and efficiency of food safety inspection work.
