摘要
茶叶市场监管力度低,溯源保真难,导致市场茶叶品质参差不齐。传统的溯源体系在茶叶生产的全过程中,很难避免溯源信息篡改、真假茶叶替换、防伪签套用、转卖等造假问题。针对这些问题,团队设计集生物技术与区块链技术相结合的溯源方式,在茶叶生产的各个过程中对茶叶进行基因抽样检测,再将检测信息上传至区块链,保证信息无误。采用的基因芯片技术和区块链技术,从基因层面确保茶叶的高品质,从技术层面确保了溯源信息的真实性,切实保障消费者对茶叶相关过程信息的知情权。
Tea market supervision is low and traceability is difficult,leading to uneven quality of tea in the market.In the traditional traceability system,it is difficult to avoid falsification of traceability information,replacement of genuine and fake tea leaves,and resale of security stickers in the whole process of tea production.To solve these problems,the team designed a traceability method combining biotechnology and blockchain technology,carried out genetic sampling testing of tea in each process of tea production,and uploaded the detection information to the blockchain to ensure the information is correct.The gene chip technology and blockchain technology are adopted to ensure the high quality of tea from the gene level,ensure the authenticity of traceability information from the technical level,and effectively protect consumers’right to know the process information related to tea.
