摘要
本文研究了配方奶粉中核苷酸含量在高效液相色谱测定方法中的色谱条件优化。实验比较了改变流动相中甲醇含量、改变流动相pH值和不同色谱柱的分离效果。研究发现改变流动相的pH值对分离效果影响最大,不同的色谱柱的分离效果也有影响。选择适宜的色谱柱并找到对应的流动相pH值,可取得较好的分离效果。
This paper studied the optimization of chromatographic conditions in the HPLC method for the determination of nucleotide content in formula milk powder.The separation effects of changing the ratio of organic phase in mobile phase,changing the pH value of mobile phase and different chromatographic columns were compared.It is found that changing the pH value of the mobile phase has the greatest impact on the separation effect,and different chromatographic columns also have an impact on the separation effect.The better separation effect can be obtained by selecting suitable chromatographic column and finding the corresponding mobile phase pH value.
