2016年—2021年某市农村地区自备井水中氟化物浓度水平及健康风险评价

Investigation of fluoride level and health risk assessment in self-provided well water in rural areas of a city during 2016-2021

摘要 目的了解某市农村地区自备井中的氟化物浓度水平,分析其对人体健康的影响,为风险管理提供科学依据。方法2016年—2021年,在某市的13个涉农区分别于枯水期和丰水期采集自备井水厂的出厂水,测定其氟化物浓度。用秩和检验比较氟化物浓度在不同年份、区域、水期和水源类型之间的差异。基于经典的“四步法”对氟化物经饮水途径所致的健康风险进行评价。结果共采集水样4568份,水样中氟化物的浓度为0.02 mg/L~4.78 mg/L,中位数为0.29 mg/L。达标水样份数4477份,达标率为98.01%,达标率有随年份的递增而升高的趋势(P<0.05)。不同年份、区域、水期和水源类型的水样中氟化物水平的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。由饮水途径暴露的氟化物非致癌健康风险危害系数的中位数为0.19。结论2016年—2021年某市农村地区自备井水中氟化物的达标率成上升趋势,年份、区域、水期和水源类型均是影响某市农村地区自备井水中氟化物水平的因素,该市农村地区自备井中氟化物的非致癌健康风险处于可接受水平。 Objective This paper aims to understand the fluoride level in drinking water of self-provided wells in rural areas of a city and analyze its adverse effects on human health,and provide a scientific basis for the risk management.Methods From 2016 to 2021,samples of finished water from self-provided wells in 13 rural areas of the city were collected and conducted for the detection of fluoride in dry season and wet season.Rank-sum test was used to compare fluoride concentrations in different years,regions,water periods and water source types.Health risks of fluoride through drinking water were evaluated based on the classic"four-step method".Results A total of 4568 water samples were collected.Fluoride concentrations varied from 0.02 mg/L to 4.78 mg/L with a median value of 0.29 mg/L.4477 water samples(98.01%)reached the standard,and the compliance rates showed an increasing trend year by year(P<0.05).The level differences of fluoride concentration between different years,regions,water periods,and water sources were statistically significant(P<0.05).The median level of hazard quotient(HQ)of fluoride intake via drinking water was O.19.ConclusionnFrom 2016 to 2021,the compliance rates of fluoride in drinking water from self-provided wells in rural areas of the city was on the rise.Year,region,water period and water resources were the factors that affect the fluoride level.The health-risk estimation indicated that the non-carcinogenic risk of fluoride in self-provided wells in rural areas of the city was at an acceptable level.
