摘要
煤含水率控制在煤矿输送的安全问题上起着关键性作用。本文采用微波透射法实现煤含水率在线检测,主要包括基于实际数据建立微波信号与含水率之间的支持向量机模型,利用秃鹰搜索算法对模型参数进行全局优化。采用实际样本数据进行实验验证,结果表明:基于支持向量机的估计模型精度较高,能够有效克服不确定因素导致煤含水率估计误差大的问题,满足在线检测要求。
Moisture is an important detected parameter in the process of coal transportation,and plays a key role for production safety.Microwave transmission technology is adopted to measure the coal moisture online.First,a SVM model is built for microwave signal and coal moisture.Secondly,the BES search algorithm is adopted for the parameter optimization.It is proven from the sample experimental data that the support vector machine model with high precision,which can meet the detecting requirement.
