摘要
以课题组2018年用15对亲本人工杂交获得的83个大豆群体为试验材料,分析后代表型多样性和遗传变异规律。借助DPS软件对株高、百粒重、蛋白质含量等12个性状进行多样性分析。结果表明:12个性状变异程度不一,变异系数最小为7%,最大为39%,茎粗、主茎节数、百粒重性状较稳定,底荚高度、单株荚数、单株粒数、单株粒重、荚皮重等5个性状变异丰富;12个性状多样性指数最低为0.99,最高为2.05;聚类分析结果显示,83份材料可聚为4类,其中,第Ⅱ类综合性状最好,可作为大豆育种的优质亲本材料;主成分分析表明,12个性状可简化为6个主成分,累积贡献率为86.18%,第1主成分与单株荚数、粒数关系密切;株高与底荚高度对第2主成分的贡献最大;第3主成分与籽粒大小密切相关;第4主成分与抗倒伏密切相关;第5主成分与脂肪含量密切相关;第6主成分与蛋白质含量密切相关。
In this experiment,83 soybean populations obtained from 15 pairs of parental artificial hybridization in 2018 were used as experimental materials to analyze the phenotypic diversity and genetic variation of offspring.DPS software was used to analyze the diversity of 12 traits such as plant height,100 grain weight and protein content.The results showed that the variation degree of 12 traits was different,with the minimum variation coeffi⁃cient of 7%and the maximum variation coefficient of 39%.The traits of stem diameter,number of main stem nodes and 100 grain weight were relatively stable,and there were abundant variations in five traits including bot⁃tom pod height,number of pods per plant,number of grains per plant,grain weight per plant and pod skin weight and the lowest diversity index of 12 traits was 0.99 and the highest was 2.05;The 83 materials were grouped into 4 groups by cluster analysis,and the second group had the best comprehensive traits and could be used as high quality parent material for soybean breeding.Principal component analysis simplified 12 traits into 6 principal components,with a cumulative contribution rate of 86.18%.The first principal component was closely related to pod number and grain number per plant;Plant height and bottom pod height contributed the most to the second principal component;The third principal component was closely related to grain size;The fourth principal compo⁃nent was closely related to lodging resistance;The fifth principal component was closely related to fat content;The sixth principal component was closely related to protein content.
