摘要
为评价茶渣蛋白提取物(tea residue protein extract,TRPE)作为新型植物源蛋白在水产饲料中的可应用性,以TRPE替代基础饲料中的鱼粉或豆粕,分析其对吉富罗非鱼的生长性能、代谢状态和非特异性免疫的影响.研究结果表明:当TRPE替代的鱼粉质量分数为15%时,吉富罗非鱼可正常生长;当TRPE替代的鱼粉质量分数超过30%时,吉富罗非鱼的生长性能下降20%以上,转氨酶活力升高10%以上,溶菌酶活力提升约2倍;当TRPE替代的豆粕质量分数为50%时,吉富罗非鱼生长性能和生化指标均无明显变化,但其溶菌酶活力提升约1.5倍.TRPE可提升鱼体的非特异性免疫能力,但过量取代鱼粉会导致基础饲料中必需氨基酸水平下降,对鱼体生长不利;TRPE可取代基础饲料中50%的豆粕,且能保证鱼体在正常生长代谢下免疫能力增强.
This study aimed to evaluate the applicability of TRPE as a new plant protein to replace fish meal and soybean meal in aquatic feed.The changes of growth performance,metabolic state and non-specific immunity of GIFT(Oreochromis niloticus)were analyzed.The results showed that when less than 15%of fish meal was replaced by TRPE,there was normal growth of GIFT.When the replacement of fish meal was higher than 30%,growth capacity of GIFT decreased by more than 20%while transaminase activity increased by more than 10%.Serum lysozyme activity of GIFT was increased by about 2 times.When 50%soybean meal was replaced by TRPE,there was normal growth of GIFT.But lysozyme activity increased by about 1.5 times.The results showed that TRPE could improve the antioxidant capacity of fish,while excessive replacement was detrimental to the growth of fish.TRPE can replace at least 50%soybean meal in fish feed and enhance the immune capacity of fish.
