基于离心工艺荧光粉沉降对白光LED光色品质的影响

Influence of phosphor deposition on light color quality of white LED based on centrifugal process

摘要 在白光LED封装点胶过程中,荧光粉受自身重力影响产生不完全沉降,导致白光LED的色漂移和良品率低。通过离心工艺,使荧光粉加速沉降到蓝光芯片表面,测量离心转速和离心时间对白光LED的色坐标集中度、亮度和显色指数等影响。实验结果表明,离心工艺能有效减少色漂移和提升白光LED显色指数。 The phosphor is affected by its own gravity to produce incomplete settlement in the LED dispensing process,resulting in low color drift and yield of white LED.The phosphor was accelerated to settle on the surface of the blue chip through centrifugation process,and the effects of centrifugal speed and centrifugation time on the color coordinate set,brightness and color rendering index of white LED were measured.The experimental results show that the centrifugal process can help improve the color coordinate concentration and color rendering index of white LED and reduce color drift.
