摘要
为了研究UV发光丝印油墨的印刷适性,拓展功能油墨在织物印刷中的应用,本研究在对UV发光油墨各组分分析的基础上,探究了发光剂含量对UV发光丝印油墨物理性能和印刷适性的影响。首先,通过正交试验确定UV发光丝印油墨中预聚物、光引发剂、单体的最佳配比,基于最佳配比加入不同含量发光剂制得5种性能不同的UV发光丝印油墨。接着对5种油墨的细度、黏度、干燥时间进行检测,同时分析了不同含量的发光剂对UV发光丝印油墨发光性能的影响。最后,将所配置的油墨采用丝网印刷的方式进行印刷适性的研究。结果表明,发光剂含量对油墨的印刷质量有一定的影响,本实验范围内发光剂比例为24%时所配制的油墨能够在织物上获得良好的印刷效果。
In order to study the printing suitability of UV luminescent screen printing ink on the fabric,expand the application of functional ink in fabric printing,based on the analysis of each component of UV luminescent screen printing ink,the effect of luminescent agent content on the physical properties and printing properties of UV luminescent screen printing ink was explored in this study.Firstly,the best ratio of pre-polymer,photo-initiator and monomer in UV luminescent screen printing ink was obtained through orthogonal experiment.Then different contents of luminescent agent were added into optimal formula of ink and five kinds of UV luminescent screen printing ink were prepared.The fineness,viscosity and drying time of the ink were detected,and the effects of different contents of luminescent agent on the luminescence properties of UV luminescent screen printing ink were analyzed.Lastly,the printing properties of the different inks were studied by screen printing.The results showed that the content of luminescent agent has a certain influence on the printing quality.In this experiment,the ink with 24%of luminescent agent can obtain a good printing effect on the fabric.
