摘要
文章利用不规则状态三角网表达复杂的结构外形,计算阻尼因子并建立数字地面测绘技术模型;通过无人机近地面倾斜摄影采集方式,获取不动产三维多源影像建模;分析空间密度分布与趋势走向,得到的局部统计结果作为融合基础,将影像建模与不动产建模三维融合,实现不动产三维建模测绘技术的重建。结果表明,使用倾斜摄影测绘技术,分别检测十个不同区域,测绘结果的平均准确率为92.75%,优化后的技术可以使不动产三维建模更加准确。
The article utilizes irregular triangular meshes to represent complex structural shapes,calculates damping factors,and establishes a digital ground surveying technique model.Through the UAV near-ground oblique photography acquisition method,the 3D multi-source image modeling of real estate is obtained;The spatial density distribution and trend trend are analyzed,and the local statistical results obtained are used as the basis for fusion,and the image modeling and real estate modeling are fused in 3D to realize the reconstruction of real estate 3D modeling and mapping technology.The test results show that the average accuracy of the mapping results is 92.75%by using oblique photogrammetry technology to detect ten different areas respectively,and the optimized technology can make the three-dimensional modeling of real estate more accurate.
