摘要
传统的全野外作业成本高,效率低,风险性高,已无法满足房地一体项目需求。提出采用倾斜摄影方式生产实景三维模型,采集地籍图完成房地一体项目。以某区域为研究对象,通过外业采集特征检测点并量取界址边长对地籍图精度进行检测。结果表明,此方法生产的地籍图界址点、界址边长精度均满足地籍规范要求,较传统作业方法来说,具有成本低、效率高、风险小等优势,具有一定的实用性和借鉴性。
The traditional all-field operation has high cost,low efficiency and high risk,which can no longer meet the needs of the real estate integration project.It is proposed to use the oblique photography method to produce 3D model of the real scene,and collect the cadastral map,so as to complete the real estate integration project.Through taking a certain area as the research object,the accuracy of the cadastral map obtained by the method is tested by the feature detection points collected in the field and the edge length of the boundary line.The results show that the cadastral map produced by the method meets the requirements of the current cadastral specification,and the accuracy of the boundary point and the boundary line.Compared with traditional operation method,its cost is lower,its efficiency is higher,and its risk is lower.
