摘要
蓝色经济的价值和战略意义日益受到各国关注,并被提上国际政策议程。在全球经济亟待复苏的当下,推动蓝色经济的发展与合作更为重要和必要,因为蓝色经济是疫情后重振经济的新动能,作为经济转型的新业态引领着科创发展的新领域,并提供了各国各地区互联互通、合作发展的新引擎和新平台。推动蓝色经济的发展与合作已经成为国际共识。主要国家和地区通过建设蓝色经济伙伴关系、借助国际组织平台、推动蓝色产业投融资合作以及技术合作等方式开展蓝色经济的国际合作。中国可通过推广共建“海洋命运共同体”“全球发展倡议”等理念,在推动蓝色经济可持续发展与国际合作方面发挥更大作用。
The value and strategic significance of the blue economy are increasingly recognized by countries over the world and have been put on the international policy agenda.Currently,having seen an urgent demand for recovering global economy,it is more important and necessary to promote the development and cooperation of blue economy.As blue economy is a new driving force for economic revitalization and a new form of economic transformation,it leads the new fields of scientific and technological innovation and development,and provides a new engine and platform for the connectivity and cooperation of countries and regions.Promoting the development and cooperation of blue economy has become a broad international consensus.Major countries and regions have rich experience in promoting the cooperation of blue economy by building blue economic partnerships,utilizing the platforms of international organization,as well as promoting the cooperation in the areas of blue financing and blue technology.By promoting the concept of jointly building a community of shared maritime future and the Global Development Initiative,China can play a greater role in promoting the sustainable development and international cooperation of blue economy.
