摘要
目的分析PERMA(幸福论模型)心理干预模式对急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者病耻感及创伤后成长水平的影响。方法采用便利抽样法,选取盐城市第一人民医院2021年1月至6月诊治的27例AMI患者作为对照组,2021年7月至12月诊治的28例AMI患者作为干预组。对照组患者每月进行常规的急性心肌梗死心理护理,干预组实施PERMA心理干预模式。采用社会影响量表与创伤后成长评定量表评估并比较两组患者病耻感及创伤后成长水平情况。结果干预前,两组患者病耻感的各维度平均分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预5周后,对照组患者病耻感总分处于中水平,干预组患者病耻感总分处于低水平,且干预组患者病耻感总分及各维度平均得分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者创伤后成长的各维度得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预5周后,干预组患者创伤后成长各维度得分和总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PERMA心理干预模式能够明显降低AMI患者病耻感,提升其创伤后成长水平。
Objective The Objective of this study was to analyze the effect of PERMA psychological intervention model on the level of stigma and post-traumatic growth in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods Using convenient sampling method,27 patients with AMI diagnosed and treated in the First People's Hospital of Yancheng City from January to June 2021 were selected as the control group,and 28 patients with AMI diagnosed and treated from July to December 2021 were selected as the intervention group.Patients in the control group received routine psychological care for acute myocardial infarction every month,while those in the intervention group received PERMA psychological intervention model.Social Impact Scale and Post-traumatic Growth Inventory were used to assess stigma and post traumatic growth.Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference between the control group and the intervention group in the average scores of each dimensions of disease stigma and post-traumatic growth(P>0.05).After five weeks of intervention,the total score of stigma in the control group was at the middle level,while that in the intervention group was at the low level,and the total score of stigma in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of total and each dimension of PTGI in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The PERMA psychological intervention model can significantly reduce the sense of stigma and enhance the post-traumatic growth of patients with acute myocardial infarction.
