摘要
提出了一种基于CXMs模型的中子发生器PLC控制算法。该方法基于系统需求分离出系统的各种状态,采用CXMs模型,通过状态序列对过程的动态行为进行建模,模型内部状态转换与系统功能相对应,结合模型和状态表采用PLC实现控制算法。实验结果表明:中子发生器输出功率的稳定性和可靠性得到有效提高,进而确保了稳定的中子产额。该方法可推广应用于温室环境、农业机械、石油化工、智能监控等控制领域。
A PLC control algorithm of a neutron generator based on the CXMs model is proposed.This method separates various states of the system based on the system requirements,uses the CXMs model,and models the dynamic behavior of the process through the state sequence.The internal state transition of the model corresponds to the system function.Combined with the model and state table,PLC is used to realize the control algorithm.The results show that the stability and reliability of the output power of the neutron generator can be improved dramatically to further enhance the stability of neutron yield.In all,this method can be applied to the greenhouse environment,modern agricultural machinery,petrochemical industry,intelligent monitoring,and other control fields after further optimization.
