摘要
目的 探讨研究单通道内镜下荷包缝合下的结肠黏膜剥离(endoscopic submucosal dissection,ESD)术护理配合情况。方法 回顾性选取2019年3月—2020年3月于宁德市中医院行结肠ESD术治疗的60例患者的临床资料,均予以单通道内镜下荷包缝合术进行手术创面缝合,根据护理方法进行分组,30例患者行常规护理,为对照组;30例患者采取针对性护理,为观察组,比较两组患者的围术期相关指标、并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果 观察组并发症发生率为16.67%,低于对照组的40.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.021,P<0.05);观察组围术期相关指标(术中出血量、创面愈合率、住院时间、住院费用)均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.987、9.402、19.607、11.543,P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为90.00%,高于对照组66.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.811,P<0.05)。结论 针对行结肠ESD术治疗患者,采取单通道内镜下荷包缝合术进行创面缝合,同时配合针对性护理措施不仅能减少患者术中出血量,提高其创面愈合效果,还能减少患者术后并发症发生风险,减少治疗费用,患者护理满意度高,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the nursing coordination of colonic endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD)under single channel endoscopic purse suture.Methods The clinical data of sixty patients who received colonic ESD treatment in the Ningde Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2019 to March 2020 were retrospectively,all of whom were given surgical wound suture under single channel endoscopic purse suture,and grouped according to nursing methods.Thirty patients received routine nursing as control group.Thirty patients received targeted nursing as observation group.The perioperative indexes,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The complication rate of the observation group was 16.67%,lower than that of the control group(40.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.021,P<0.05).Perioperative related indexes(intraoperative blood loss,wound healing rate,length of stay,hospitalization cost)in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.987,9.402,19.607,11.543,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 90.00%,which was higher than that of the control group 66.67%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.811,P<0.05).Conclusion For patients undergoing colonic ESD treatment,wound suture under single channel endoscopic purse suture is adopted,while combining with targeted nursing measures,which can not only reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss,improve the wound healing effect,but also reduce the risk of postoperative complications,reduce treatment costs,Patient nursing satisfaction is high,which is worthy of promotion.
