摘要
急性胰腺炎(acute pancreatitis,AP)是临床上常见、多发的消化系统疾病,属普外科胰腺疾病范畴,作为中西医治疗的优势病种,中西医分别予以分析并探索治疗,西医以常规治疗(手术、非手术)为主,中医治法遵循腑病,以通为用,采用理法方药进行辨证治疗,两者可在病程中结合应用,并且疗效颇佳,故本文将近年来中西医分析治疗AP予以总结概述展望。
Acute pancreatitis(AP)is a clinically common and frequently occurring digestive system disease,which belongs to the category of pancreatic diseases in general surgery.As the dominant diseases treated by traditional Chinese and western medicine,Chinese and western medicine respectively analyze and explore treatment,while western medicine mainly focuses on conventional treatment(surgical and non-surgical).The TCM treatment method follows the diseases of the internal organs,and uses rational methods and prescriptions for syndrome differentiation treatment.The two can be combined in the course of the disease,and the curative effect is quite good.Therefore,this article summarizes the analysis and treatment of AP by traditional Chinese and Western medicine in recent years.
