摘要
高校毕业设计和毕业实习课程是学生本科阶段最后课程,课程质量是高校教学质量的重要体现,也影响着学生的就业情况。以长春建筑学院为例,详细分析当前高校毕业设计、毕业实习现状,总结归纳容易出现的问题,通过引入OBE理念,重新确定教学目标、修订教学大纲、调整毕业设计与毕业实习课程进度计划、建立三级教学管理监督机制、制定考核评价标准、注重教学反馈六方面改革毕业设计和毕业实习课程,建构基于OBE理念的毕业设计、毕业实习与就业一体化教学模式,为培养应用型人才提供理论指导。
Analyze the current situation of graduation design,graduation practice and employment in colleges and universities,introduce the OBE concept,redefine the teaching objectives,revise the syllabus,adjust the schedule of graduation design and graduation practice courses,establish a three-level teaching management and supervision mechanism,formulate assessment and evaluation standards,pay attention to teaching feedback,and finally construct an integrated teaching mode of graduation design,graduation practice and employment based on the OBE concept,provide theoretical guidance for the training of applied talents.
