摘要
采用陶瓷大板回收料、钾长石、透灰石和高岭土为原料制备陶瓷板小样,研究了陶瓷大板回收料添加量及烧成制度对陶瓷板小样性能的影响。结果表明,陶瓷大板回收料的最佳添加量为25%。在最优条件下,陶瓷板小样的抗折强度为64.69 MPa,体积密度为2.42 g/cm^(3),吸水率为0.18%。
In this paper,ceramic plate samples were prepared by recycled ceramic plate,potassium feldspar,lime stone and kaolin as raw materials,the effects of the amount of recycled ceramic plate and the sintering system on the properties of ceramic plate samples were studied.The results showed that the optimum addition of recycled ceramic plate was 25%.The flexural strength of the ceramic plate samples was 64.69 MPa,the bulk density was 2.42 g/cm^(3),and the water absorption rate was 0.18%under the optimum conditions.
