摘要
随着技术要素在经济增长中的重要程度不断提高,创新驱动这一发展理念逐渐成为全社会的共识。科技力量带动产业创新,区域产业协同创新成为新时代实现区域经济一体化快速发展的全新手段。粤港澳大湾区在区域产业创新方面已取得一定成绩,各项产业创新政策稳步实施。但受到大湾区城市群内制度差异、要素流通不畅、协同网络不发达等限制,粤港澳大湾区内产业协同创新机制仍不够成熟,效果欠佳。针对以上问题,基于协同创新视角提出促进粤港澳大湾区城市群产业创新发展的路径选择。
With the increasing importance of technological factors in economic growth,the development concept of innovation driven has gradually become the core consensus recognized by the whole society.Scientific and technological forces drive industrial innovation,and regional industrial collaborative innovation has become a new means to achieve rapid development of regional economic integration in the new era.Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao Greater Bay area has made certain achievements in regional industrial innovation and supported the steady implementation of industrial innovation policies.However,due to the limitations of institutional differences,poor factor circulation and underdeveloped collaborative network in the urban agglomeration of the Greater Bay area,the industrial collaborative innovation mechanism in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao Greater Bay area is still not mature and the effect is not good.In view of the above problems,based on the perspective of collaborative innovation,this paper proposes some path choices to promote the industrial innovation and development of Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay area urban agglomeration.
