摘要
农业品牌化是促进传统农业向现代农业转变的重要手段,对提升农业质量效益和竞争力具有重要意义。近年来,全国形成一批小米区域品牌和企业品牌,推动了谷子产业高质量发展。河北省作为谷子主要生产省份,品牌建设较先进省份具有较大差距。通过调研对比分析河北省与山西省谷子产业现状、产业优势与产业短板,总结出山西省谷子产业发展经验与区域公用品牌建设经验,提出了“河北小米”三级品牌体系建设路径。河北省谷子产业具有资源禀赋优越、轻简化水平高、加工规模大、科技创新能力强等优势,但在品牌建设、标准化生产与质量控制体系、加工深度、文化挖掘利用等方面存在较大差距;通过对比分析,提出“河北小米”省域公用品牌、县域公用品牌和企业自有品牌三级品牌体系形成逻辑、建设原则、功能定位与建设路径,并从坚持“四动”模式、深入挖掘粟文化、组建河北小米运行中心、延伸产业链、健全标准化生产与质量体系、做强种子产业等方面提出了推动河北省谷子产业发展的对策建议。
Agricultural branding is an important means to promote the transformation of traditional agriculture to modern agriculture,which is of great significance to improve the quality and competitiveness of agriculture.In recent years,a number of millet regional brands and corporate brands have been formed throughout the country to promote the high-quality development of millet industry.As the main production province of millet,Hebei province has a large gap in brand building compared with advanced provinces.The current situation,industrial advantages and industrial shortcomings of millet industry in Hebei province and Shanxi province were compared and analyzed,and the experience of millet industry development and regional public brand building in Shanxi province was summarized.A three-level brand system construction path of"Hebei Xiaomi"was put forward.The millet industry in Hebei province has the advantages of superior resource endowment,high level of light simplification,large processing scale,and strong scientific and technological innovation,but there is a big gap in brand building,standardized production and quality control system,processing depth,and cultural exploitation and utilization.The formation logic,construction principle,function orientation and construction path of the three-level brand system of"Hebei Xiaomi"provincial public brand,county public brand and enterprise private brand were put forward.The countermeasures and suggestions to improve the development of foxtail millet industry in Hebei province were put forward from the aspects of adhering to the"four movements"mode,deeply excavating foxtail millet culture,establishing Hebei millet operation center,extending industrial chain,improving standardized production and quality system,and strengthening seed industry.
