装配式建筑冬期灌浆套筒升温保温技术 被引量:1

WARM-UP AND INSUL ATION TECHNOLOGY FOR PREFABRICATED BUILDING WINTER GROUTING SLEEVE

摘要 为满足冬季低温时无法按照常规的装配式施工工艺技术完成灌浆套筒的灌浆施工,对冬期施工的装配式建筑工程整体进度安排及质量保证造成了很大困扰,提出了装配式预制构件中预埋电伴热带在预制墙板根部方法,研究了一种装配式墙体预制构件冬期灌浆套筒升温保温系统。结果表明:在预制阶段将电伴热带直接预埋到墙板中,相对后期外附形式的电伴热带,既提高了热耦合效率,减少了升温时长,又避免电伴热带意外磨损,减少了现场的安装工作量,达到提质增效的目的,解决了冬期灌浆套筒难以正常施工的问题。 In order to satisfy the requirement of low temperature in winter,the grouting of the grouting sleeve can not be completed according to the conventional assembling construction technology,which has caused great trouble to the overall schedule and quality assurance of the prefabricated building engineering during the winter construction.Then,a kind of heat preservation system of prefabricated wall precast members for winter grouting sleeve is studied by using the method of embedding electric heating belt at the root of precast wall panel.The results show that the thermal coupling efficiency is improved,the heating time is reduced,and the unexpected wear of the electric heating belt is avoided,the installation workload is reduced,and the aim of improving quality and efficiency is achieved.Thus,the problem of normal construction of grouting sleeve in winter is solved.
