纳米二氧化碳/环氧化脱蛋白天然胶乳复合材料的制备及性能

Preparation and properties of nano-titanium dioxide/epoxidation deproteinized natural rubber latex composites

摘要 以环氧度为25%的环氧化天然橡胶(ENR)为基质、聚多巴胺(PDA)改性的纳米TiO_(2)(PTiO_(2))为填料,采用胶乳共混法制备了PTiO_(2)/ENR复合膜,并研究了填料PTiO_(2)的添加量对PTiO_(2)/ENR复合膜力学性能、热稳定性和抗紫外老化性能的影响。结果表明,PDA提高了纳米TiO_(2)在ENR基质中的分散性;随着填料PTiO_(2)的加入,PTiO_(2)/ENR复合膜的热稳定性逐渐提高;当PTiO_(2)添加量为5份(质量)时,PTiO_(2)/ENR复合膜的拉伸强度为8.15 MPa,与ENR相比提高了2.8倍,扯断伸长率为1141%;PTiO_(2)/ENR复合膜经紫外线照射后力学性能保留率均超过97%,具有较好的抗紫外老化性能。 Polydopamine(PDA)modified nano-TiO_(2)(PTiO_(2))/epoxidized natural rubber(ENR)composite films were prepared by latex blending method using ENR with epoxy degree of 25%as matrix and PTiO_(2) as filler,and the effects of the addition amount of the filler PTiO_(2) on the mechanical properties,thermal stability and anti-ultraviolet aging performance of PTiO_(2)/ENR composite films were studied.The results showed that PDA improved the dispersion of nano-TiO_(2) in ENR matrix.After the addition of the filler PTiO_(2),the thermal stability of PTiO_(2)/ENR composite film increased gradually,and when the addition amount of PTiO_(2) was 5 phr(mass),the tensile strength of PTiO_(2)/ENR composite film was 8.15 MPa,which increased by 2.8 times compared with that of ENR,and the elongation at break was 1141%.The retention rate of mechanical properties after ultraviolet irradiation were more than 97%,which indicated that PTiO_(2)/ENR composite film had better anti-ultraviolet aging performance.
