摘要
高硫煤炼焦所得焦炭中硫含量较高限制了高硫煤的应用。采用碱土金属氯化物(NaCl及KCl)、碱金属氯化物(MgCl_(2)及BaCl_(2))、过渡金属氯化物(AlCl_(3)及FeCl_(3))对高硫炼焦煤进行浸渍处理,考察不同金属氯化物对高硫煤焦化过程中不同形态硫迁移特性的影响,旨在提高高硫煤炼焦质量,降低焦炭硫含量。实验结果表明:NaCl处理有助于煤样中无机硫的迁移,对有机硫的迁移影响较小。BaCl_(2)及FeCl_(3)处理不利于焦化过程中无机硫的迁移,但有机硫的迁移效果较好。金属氯化物处理会提高焦炭中噻吩硫及亚砜硫含量。同时,会增加煤焦化所得焦炭的灰分含量,降低焦炭的品质。而金属氯化物处理对高硫煤炼焦的结焦率影响较小。
High sulfur content of coke obtained from coking process inhibits the utilization of high-sulfur coal.The high-sulfur coal was treated with the chloride of alkali metal(NaCl and KCl),alkali earth metal(MgCl_(2) and BaCl_(2))and transition metal(AlCl_(3) and FeCl_(3))in this paper,and it investigate the influence of different metal chlorides on the migration characteristics of different forms of sulfur during high-sulfur coal coking process to improve the coking quality of high-sulfur coal and reduce sulfur content of coke.The results show that the coal treated with NaCl is helpful to the migration of inorganic sulfur in coal samples,but it has little effect on the migration of organic sulfur.Although BaCl_(2) and FeCl_(3) treatment is not conducive to the migration of inorganic sulfur in the coking process,the migration effect of organic sulfur in the coking process is better after the treatment of coal samples.The content of thiophene and sulfoxide increase in coke obtained from the high-sulfur coal treated with metal chloride can increase The high-sulfur coal treated with metal chloride can increase the ash content of coke,and then reduce the quality of coke.However,the treatment with metal chloride has slight effect on coking rate of high sulfur coal.
