摘要
汽车厂空压站和锅炉房车间分别为厂区提供压缩空气和热能。原有的空压站和锅炉房车间均采用独立的PLC控制系统,为实现汽车厂压缩空气和热能的综合管理,采用无线模块设计了空压站PLC和锅炉房PLC的无线通信系统,包括无线通信系统的架构设计、功能设计、硬件及硬件连接设计、软件程序设计和监控界面的开发。实际应用结果表明,通过该无线通信系统,实现了空压站和锅炉房之间的数据通信传输及信息互联,同时也实现了对PLC控制系统的远程监控。
The air compression station and boiler room of the automobile factory provide compressed air and heat energy for the plant area respectively.The original air compressor station and the boiler room car use independent PLC control system.In order to achieve the comprehensive management of compressed air and heat energy in the automobile factory,the wireless communication system of air compressor station PLC and boiler room PLC is designed by wireless module,including architecture design,functional design,hardware and hardware connection design,software program design and monitoring interface development of wireless communication system.The practical application results show that through the wireless communication system,the data communication transmission and information interconnection between the air compressor station and the boiler room are realized,and the remote monitoring of the PLC control system is also realized.
