摘要
为了准确计算与分析变压器在空载过励磁运行工况下的电流,提出一种基于磁路-电路耦合模型的变压器空载过励磁电流计算方法。利用产品级的叠片铁心模型,模拟变压器铁心实际工作状态,测量空载过励磁电流并与数值计算方法获得电流进行对比,证明了此方法的准确性。基于此方法,以实际变压器为算例对空载过励磁电流进行计算并分析了电流谐波含量变化规律。研究结果表明,变压器空载励磁电流随空载过励磁倍数的增加而畸变得越发严重,奇次谐波增长较快且含量较高,偶次谐波幅值较小且含量基本保持不变。
In order to calculate and analyze the current of transformer accurately under no-load over-excitation operating conditions,the magnetic circuit-circuit coupling model is proposed.The laminated core model of product level is used to simulate the transformer core in actual working state.The no-load over-excitation current is measured and compared with the current obtained with numerical calculation method,which proves the accuracy of this method.Based on this method and taking the actual transformer as an example,the over-excitation current is calculated and the current harmonic content variation law is analyzed.The results show that the no-load excitation current of the transformer becomes more and more severe with the increase of the no-load overexcitation multiple,the odd harmonics increase faster and the content is high,and the amplitude of the even harmonics is small and the content remains basically unchanged.
