近年来高技术产业市场向好向快稳步发展,极大地提高了高技术产业总体水平,增强了我国高技术产业在国际市场上的竞争力。增强产业链供应链的自主可控能力是推动高质量发展和保障经济发展安全的重要抓手。我国要抓住构建新发展格局契机和转折点,将统筹产业链发展和高技术产业安全与稳定贯穿于构建新发展格局全过程和各领域,最终架构起全球价值链重构背景下的高技术产业链自主可控能力增强的可行性路径。
In recent years,the market of high-tech industry has been developing rapidly,which has greatly improved the overall level of high-tech industry and strengthened the competitiveness of Chinese high-tech industry in international market.Enhancing the autonomy and controllability of industrial chains and supply chains is an important way to promote high-quality development and ensure the security of economic development.China should seize the opportunity and turning point of building a new development pattern,integrate industrial chain development and high-tech industry security and stability throughout the whole process and fields of building a new development pattern,and finally construct a feasible path to enhance the autonomy and controllability of high-tech industrial chain in the context of global value chain restructuring.
